2019-2020 MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE PROGRAM

Program Highlights This is a 12-month structured & fast-track program designed to develop high-potential talents to be future significant players for key division of G2000. The trainees would be provided with:

 Regional business exposure to overseas and China Sales & operations.  Opportunities to participate in Corporate projects.  Support in attaining world-wide professional qualifications (Project Management, presentation skills & process improvement).  Extensive on-the-job rotation among core functions within corporate office and various divisions.  Engage in mentoring program hosted by Senior executives in various divisions.

Requirements  Bachelor or above, IANG holders are welcome.  At least one year work experience with strong business acumen.  Strong interests & passions in Fashion industry, especially work-wear fashion.  Strong numerical sense, and possess logical, analytical and executing ability is essential.

Program Objective To provide fast-track career development opportunities for high potential university graduates, and rapidly develop them into qualified Shop Supervisors to support our business in Hong Kong market.

Program Overview  Extensive on-the-job rotation among different types of retail shop, core functions of retail operations within the HK headquarter.  Learning opportunity to explore the corporate operation of a well-known fashion apparel retailer, through the lens of strategic level to an operational point of view.  Opportunities to lead retail projects in supporting business strategic initiatives.  Regional business exposure to overseas operations team to understand the company’s retail landscape on Group level.  Support in attaining professional qualifications and providing relevant company sponsored management trainings for professional development.
