In addition, the agency has director, officer, and board member liability insur- ance through Arthur J . Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc . The insured under this policy are the Comptroller of Public Accounts (304), the State Energy Conservation Office (907), and the Texas State Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company (930) .
