40 January–May 2018 Cary Senior Center Yoga Stretch & Wellness Fitness

Flexibility may not seem like a huge priority, but consider these benefits (and more) gained from stretching. Stretching improves circulation. It gets the blood moving which wakes you up and helps you feel less sluggish. Regular stretching can relieve stiff muscles and creaky joints. Plus researchers think stretching could help with fine-muscle coordination meaning those who stretch have a better chance to avoid a tumble or injury. This class is low-impact and for all levels. No yoga experience necessary. Modifications are made to accommodate different intensities, levels, and abilities. A yoga c Fitness Pass mat is recommended.
