M.I.NO.RE. - Organizzazione delle ceRtificazioni con applicazione di Smart cArd nei MestIeri e nelle inNOvazioni del maRE - cod. id. I/06/B/F/PP-154178 - si propone di intervenire nel settore dei trasporti marittimi e dei nuovi mestieri del mare. Si tratta di un settore caratterizzato da un alto tasso di innovazione tecnologica e sottoposto ad un forte cambiamento nei processi di lavoro, nelle interconnessioni con altre modalità di trasporto, nelle figure professionali. Gli obiettivi che il partenariato - come è nello spirito dei progetti Leonardo da Vinci - si propone di perseguire sono così riassumibili: verificare in prospettiva sistemica il quadro dei fabbisogni e delle offerte formative partendo dalla rilevazione dei fabbisogni professionali (quadro socio-economico e normativo - STCW), di innovazione e di aspettativa dello studente; supportare la mobilità lavorativa e formativa del marittimo in ambito europeo, attraverso un adeguato utilizzo dei dispositivi per la trasparenza delle qualifiche previsti dal framework Europass; impiegare il dispositivo elettronico smart card quale strumento di pratico utilizzo e di garanzia contro le falsificazioni dei dati; informare gli utilizzatori sulle opportunità lavorative offerte dalla trasformazione in atto nel settore marittimo e sui risultati progettuali raggiunti favorendone così un ampio utilizzo. Tali obiettivi sono stati individuati dopo un’attenta analisi dei bisogni, emersi dall’analisi del settore di riferimento in modo da garantire una formazione integrata, completa, poliedrica; forme di certificazione adeguate alla mobilità; strumenti di informazione per l’utenza. Il prodotto “Momenti a bordo”, in base a quanto dichiarato nel formulario di candidatura, è articolato in due parti: a) La formazione del marittimo in Europa, suddivisa in due sezioni, e b) I nuovi mestieri del mare – set di competenze del marittimo in Europa. I materiali raccolti ed elaborati si ritrovano nei prodotti n°1- 2 - 3 e sono presenti nel DVD allegato. Il documento è suddiviso in due parti, la prima in lingua italiana e l’altra in lingua inglese. Ciascuna delle due parti, a sua volta, è suddivisa in tre sezioni ed un allegato. In questo testo si riportano, in sintesi, le parti più significative così suddivise: sezione 1 – La formazione del marittimo in Europa: esiti della ricerca on desk sezione 2 – La formazione del marittimo in Europa: esiti della ricerca on field sezione 3 - I nuovi mestieri del mare: set di competenze del marittimo in Europa allegato – La Smart Card Europea del marittimo. 7 Altri prodotti del progetto sono la Smart Card Europea del Marittimo, realizzata in un prototipo dimostrativo e vari materiali di valorizzazione, quali una raccolta di schede orientative con illustrazioni sui nuovi mestieri del mare, un archivio in DVD, un depliant plurilingue di pubblicizzazione della smart card europea del marittimo, la piattaforma web. Momenti a bordo si rivolge ad un ampio target di destinatari: gli allievi degli Istituti e Centri di formazione coinvolti nel progetto; gli Stati Maggiori delle flotte dei vari Paesi coinvolti nel progetto, le imprese che operano nei trasporti marittimi e nell’indotto del turismo legato al mare; gli organismi di formazione coinvolti, le Direzioni Generali dei Ministeri/Dipartimenti per l’Educazione ai diversi livelli regionali, nazionali, comunitari. 8 SEZIONEPRIMA LA FORMAZIONE DEL MARITTIMO IN EUROPA: ESITI DELLA RICERCA ON DESK METODOLOGIA DI LAVORO L’analisi desk Con l’analisi desk si è inteso avviare, da parte di ciascun stato partner, una ricerca finalizzata a documentare secondo

The utilization of HNA’s high level human resources and the exceptional level of infrastructure are the key elements for the achievement of the objective of inter-university cooperation. The role of HNA is well established through history. It is one of the oldest institutions in Greece established in 1845. The important role of HNA not only in European, Balkan and Mediterranean countries but also in those of Middle East, Asia, Africa and American continents, can and must be emerged through rational planning and targeted strategy steps.

    GREECE How to Become a Military Officer in the Greek Armed Forces: The basic education and training of the officers of the Greek Army, Navy and Air Force is primarily the responsibility of three respective academies. The national conscript service contributes also to the training of the future military elites. These academies, which are used to educate and train officers also for foreign armed forces, are now on the way to integrate the acquis of the European Higher Education Area in order to obtain the instruments, which will allow them developing further their exchange capacities. These academies, indeed, provide academic curricula at the first cycle level. In addition, the Army Academy proposes postgraduate curricula as a part of the intermediate – or advanced – education of the Greek officers. The Air Force Academy also intends to develop its educational offer in proposing in the future a master curriculum on flight safety. The vocational training of the future Greek and Cypriot military elites, since they are fully trained in the Greek institutions, is also assured by the academies, in cooperation with the specialist training centres.     HELLENIC NAVAL ACADEMY ATHENS – GREECE MARITIME SECURITY COMMON MODULE (European initiative for the exchange of young military officers, inspired by Erasmus) Hosted in Athens (GREECE) from 9th to 13th March 2020 Administrative Information 1. General Fifty (50) participants will be admitted including: Hellenic Naval and Coast Guard Cadets / Young Military Officers Hellenic Army and Air Force / Cadets / Young Military Officers Civilian University (Domestic) Students in Strategic Science Foreign Cadets / Young Officers (Up to 15 participants) The module will be held in English language, thus an adequate knowledge of the language is necessary (equivalent to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) Level B2). A basic knowledge on the structure and history of the European Union is prerequisite. No course fees will be required. 2. Accommodation-Meals Accommodation: For the participating cadets / young officers, accommodation will be provided in the Academy's campus, free of charge. For the escorts and civilians, reservation at own arrangements in any hotel downtown Piraeus is recommended. Meals: Three (3) meals per day will be provided by the Hellenic Naval Academy (HNA) in the Academy's campus, free of charge. 3. Transportation Transportation from Athens International Airport (AIA) will be provided by the HNA on the 8th March 2020 from 08:00 to 20:00. A representative in uniform will meet you at the arrival terminal of the airport. Transportation to Athens airport will be provided by the HNA not earlier than 15:30 on the 13th March 2020. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Defence and Strategic Studies of the Hellenic National Defence College (HNDC) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Nautical Science and Strategy of Hellenic Naval War College (N.S.P). He has participated in the EXECUTIVE PROGRAM (BLACK SEA SECURITY PROGRAM) at HARVARD UNIVERSITY (JFK SCHOOL of GOVERNMENT) in Boston, USA Satisfactory knowledge of English language. He served in the Navy in combat positions for 32 years and retired in 2011 after obtaining the rank of Rear Admiral. Throughout his career he served in a variety of war ships as a staff officer and commanding officer.
