The State Information Commission vide its letter cited 5th above has ordered to designate the Public Information Officers in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 5(1) of the Right to Information Act in all Administrative units/offices. As such it is expedient to designate the Public Information Officers and Assistant Public Information Officers in all the Administrative units/offices.
