When students matriculate with Saint Leo University, they come under the aca- demic requirements of the edition of the University catalog at that time. Students may graduate under these academic requirements within a period of seven years even though subsequent catalogs may change. Academic requirements include curriculum matters. Grading practices, tuition, fees, and other matters are subject to change at the discretion of the University and are not considered to be “academic requirements.” Should new changes be to their advantage, students may graduate under the con- ditions of the newer catalog. However, because academic programs are subject to require- ments imposed by outside accrediting or certifying agencies, such outside requirements shall supersede prior conditions.
