The concert featured some amazing local talent who performed some wonderful music. The concert included hosts Bantry Community Choir, Caoimhe Conlon flautist, music lecturer at CIT and community musician, and Acapellabella a local acapella group. There was something for everyone in the audience, and they responded with great enthusiasm throughout the evening. Eileen and Marilyn, the concert’s hosts, delighted everyone with their fantastic humour and catchy songs. Martin Mulchrone from the West Cork Mental Health team introduced and closed the event with great good humour. The Bantry branch of St Vincent de Paul had a successful raffle and there was a moving moment from Finbar Walsh when he outlined the wonderful work being done by the Donal Walsh Foundation.
