TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the County Council of Somerset have made an Order PROHIBITING ALL TRAFFIC from proceeding along

Temporary Road Closures:

RCNSS12485 - Wood Road in the parish of Ashill; from the junction with Wood Farm Lane, south-westwards for a distance of 700 metres. Proposed commencement date is 14th January 2020 and the works are expected to last for 3 days (08.00 – 17.00hrs).

RCNSS12486 - Thickthorn Lane in the parish of Ashill; from the junction with Wood Road, eastwards to the junction with Forwards Lane for a distance of 340 metres. Proposed commencement date is 14th January 2020 and the works are expected to last for 3 days (08.00 – 17.00hrs).

RCNSS12487 - Radigan Lane in the parish of Ashill; from the junction with Stewley Lane, north-eastwards for a distance of 300 metres. Proposed commencement date is 22nd January 2020 and the works are expected to last for 3 days (08.00 – 17.00hrs).

RCNSS12488 - Radigan Lane in the parish of Ashill; from the junction with Stewley Lane, north-eastwards for a distance of 568 metres. Proposed commencement date is 22nd January 2020 and the works are expected to last for 3 days (08.00 – 17.00hrs).

RCNSS12489 - Cross Keys in the parish of Ashill; from the junction with Butts Lane, north-eastwards to the junction with Rapps Road for a distance of 465 metres. Proposed commencement date is 21st January 2020 and the works are expected to last for 3 days (08.00 – 17.00hrs).

RCNSS12491 - Pit Road in the parish of Dinnington; from the junction with Church Hill, south-eastwards for for a distance of 200 metres. Proposed commencement date is 21st January 2020 and the works are expected to last for 3 days (08.00 – 17.00hrs).

RCNSS12492 - Rapps Road in the parish of Ashill; from the junction with Rapps Lane, north-westwards for a distance of 308 metres. Proposed commencement date is 21st January 2020 and the works are expected to last for 3 days (08.00 – 17.00hrs).

RCNSS12588 - Bradon Bridge Road in the parish of Isle Brewers; from 190m east of the junction with Higher Woodlands, north-eastwards for a distance of 196 metres. Proposed commencement date is 17th February 2020 and the works are expected to last for 2 days (08.00 – 17.00hrs).

RCNSS12589 - Garden Plot Hill in the parish of Isle Brewers; from the junction with Woodlands Lane, northwards for a distance of 348 metres. Proposed commencement date is 17th February 2020 and the works are expected to last for 2 days (08.00 – 17.00hrs).

RCNSS12591 - Wheat Sheaf Hill in the parish of ; from the junction with Staffords Green Lane, north-eastwards for a distance of 417 metres. Proposed commencement date is 13th January 2020 and the works are expected to last for 3 days (08.00 – 17.00hrs).

RCNSS12544 - Bushfurlong Road in the parish of Isle Brewers; from the junction with Hundry Lane, northwards for a distance of 1000 metres. Proposed commencement date is 17th February 2020 and the works are expected to last for 2 days (08.00 – 17.00hrs).

RCNSS12595 - Scrapton Lane in the parish of ; from the junction with Combe Wood Road, south-eastwards for a distance of 580 metres. Proposed commencement date is 15th January 2020 and the works are expected to last for 3 days (08.00 – 17.00hrs).

RCNSS12596 - Top Road in the parish of ; from the junction with Road, south-westwards to the junction with Cathanger Lane for a distance of 125 metres. Proposed commencement date is 11th February 2020 and the works are expected to last for 3 days (08.00 – 17.00hrs).

This order will enable KN Network Services to carry out phased new pole installation and tree trimming works on behalf of BT Openreach in these roads.

The Order becomes effective on 13th January 2020 and will remain in force for eighteen months. These closures are to be part of phased works.
