The tournament begins on Monday at 7:30 a.m. PT February and runs through Wednesday with one round being played per day. XIONG ON BEN HOGAN AWARD WATCH LIST SO Norman Xiong was named to the watch list for the prestigious Ben Hogan Award, given 23 Pac-12 Championship Los Angeles, Calif. annually to the top men’s collegiate golfer, by the Hogan Trophy Award Foundation, the 24 Pac-12 Championship Los Angeles, Calif. Friends of Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America. Xiong is one of 27 golfers on 25 Pac-12 Championship Los Angeles, Calif. the watch list for the award which takes into account all collegiate and outside amateur competitions over the past 12 months. The Ducks have had a semifinalist for the award May the last two years with Aaron Wise in 2016 and Wyndham Clark in 2017. THE PRESTIGE GENERAL INFORMATION XIONG GAINS VALUABLE EXPERIENCE AT FARMERS INSURANCE OPEN SO Norman Xiong missed the cut in his first career PGA Tour event at the Farmers Insurance Location Eugene, Ore. Open at Torrey Pines Golf Course. The only amateur in the field,Xiong shot an even-par 72 Founded 1876 in round one and turned in a 2-over par 74 in round two to finish three shots outside the Enrollment 24,447 cut line in a tie for 117th place.
