It is a commercial reissue (different artwork and catalog#) of the strictly limited original edition of this particular show, highlighting the 2nd North American leg of the 2003 Tour.
Issued in a tri-panel cardboard sleeve containing all three discs.
Manufactured in Carrollton, GA. Label name is not visible anywhere on the cover or discs; it was disclosed on a sticker originally attached to the sealed copies.
