Dave then attended Indiana University (1997-2000) where he studied with Ernesto Bitteti and Luis Zea, and graduated with a Performer’s Diploma in classical guitar. He was also a teaching assistant to David Baker, played in jazz ensembles, and taught private lessons. He has played across the US and UK, as well as in Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. Dave has performed with Ron Miles, Art Lande, Janet Feder, Elliott Sharp, Matt Wilson, Reginald Veal and has recorded with producer/engineer Steve Albini. Jeff Jenkins has released four CD’s in the last 15 years. The most recent on Capri Records entitled “Cique”, is an eclectic exciting blend of jazz and funk.
