Sexton-Stryker needed 2.86 gold points to eclipse the Life Master-barrier. She went deaf 20 years ago due to a sudden illness. About eight years ago, Sexton-Stryker got into duplicate bridge when the Vero Beach Bridge Center began using bidding boxes.
