Mr. Ben Cantrell, Percussion Instructor, is excited to be back to the UNCG Summer Music Camp. Ben is the Camp Staff percussion instructor at Winston-Salem State University and drumline instructor at Elon University. He is pursuing a DMA at UNCG. Ben is proud to be an educational artist for Mapex/Majestic Percussion and Innovative Percussionist Ms. Anja Arko, Piano Instructor, is a Slovenian born and mallets. pianist pursuing a DMA in Piano Performance at UNCG where she studies with Joseph Di Piazza. Mr. Michael T. Sanders, Conductor of the Week One Green Beginner Band, is originally from Pineville, NC. Mr. Sanders earned a Bachelor of Music Education from UNCG and is a fifteen year veteran counselor at UNCG Summer Music Camp. He previously taught band at Lexington Middle School (NC), Durham School of the Arts, and Northwest School of the Arts.
