June 23, 2014 To Whom It May Concern, Please find the following attached consultant’s report commissioned by Recycle New Brunswick in cooperation with RRFB Nova Scotia, Multi-Material Stewardship Board (MMSB) of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Prince Edward Island Department of Environment. The purpose of the report was to shed light on the issue of Packaging and Printed Paper recycling in each of our respective regions. The report is designed to provide various options for consideration in each Province while promoting harmonization and respecting any differences which may exist. This report aims to simply provide a starting point for a more in-depth consultation process as each province looks toward the possibility of a Packaging and Printed Paper recycling program. Should we be able to be of any further assistance, please don’t hesitate.
