Corridonia is a municipality in the Province of in the Italian region Marche, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) south of and about 8 kilometres (5 mi) southeast of Macerata. Corridonia was called, until 1931, Pausula. The name was changed by Benito Mussolini to honor Filippo Corridoni, interventionist syndicalist who died on 23 October 1915. TRANSPORTATION Distance Airport - Intercontinental - Rome Fiumicino: 321km (3h+/- by car) - Pescara Fossacsia: 140km (min. 1h 30 min, highway A14)

By Car - Highway A14, exit Macerata and continue to Corridonia Car rental There are various car and van rental, such as Avis, Europcar, Hertz and local companies. You can rent vans or car. We recommend you visit their websites. The Organiser cannot propose any special agreement.

ACCOMMODATION At Corridonia, but also nearby in other small towns not far away from the base, all the territory offers plenty of B&B, and Camper rest areas (Kart track) that can accommodate all the delegation’s companions for all the duration of the event.

RACE DESCRIPTION RACE: The Time Trial and Road Race have very nice routes with wide and perfect roads, characterized by stretches of ascent to 5%.

The TT will take place through the streets of Corridonia with the start/finish in the city centre (Viale Italia). This fast circuits will take place on a safe course, along roads in perfect conditions.

LOGISTICAL INFRASTRUCTURES The event is supported by the Municipality of Corridonia, U.C. Corridonia and Institutional Sponsors.

The permanence, the anti-doping area are located at the Gym, near the finish line. The classifications are at the CAG (Youth Center) in the center of the town of Corridonia

ACCREDITATIONS Accreditation / Registration Centre The accreditation centre will be operational from Tuesday, 7 May until Sunday 12 May 2019 at the Gym, Viale Italia 18 - Corridonia (near Start line).

All team accreditations will need to be collected from the Accreditation Centre.

The accreditations will be available as per the official team lists only.

MEDIA ACCREDITATIONS All media wishing to participate in the event must be accredited in order to access the press room, press vehicle and the start / finish area. To request a press accreditation for the UCI Para-Cycling Cycling World Cup, you are required to apply for accreditation by writing to [email protected] indicating: ✓ Name and surname ✓ E-mail address ✓ Representing (name of medium) ✓ Kind of medium (e.g. newspaper, TV-channel, website) ✓ Parking space needed and car type

Press accreditations are to be reviewed by the official press officer and can therefore be refused.

OFFICIAL TRAINING SESSIONS Official trainings are not provided by the local authorities; course is not closed.

RIDERS’ REGISTRATIONS The competition will take place under UCI regulations: http://www.uci.org

In reference to the UCI regulations (art. 16.20.006) registration shall take place on the UCI online registration website http://regonline.uci.ch/

The UCI online registration begins 5 weeks before the event 12:00=(GMT+1) and closes 3 weeks before the event. The maximum number of participants per nation in each event will be six per sport class. The registration dates are available on the UCI website.

The registration fee will be € 75.00 per registration request. Refunds cannot be done for athletes who did not complete the online registration and until payments have been affected, registration cannot be considered as being completed. Only National Federtions that have paid their registration fee within the deadline will receive an accreditation and be able to take part in the competition.

INSURANCE Each team is responsible for insuring its athletes. It is complusary that this covers: damage to property, personal injuries and /or health problems, third-party liabilities The Organizing Committee is not responsible for the material stored or for any loss.

MEDICAL Medical care for entrants is the responsibility of the organiser during the event at the event site and within the confines of the race routes. However, any other costs incurred should there be illness or injury including patient transportation by either road or air as well as admission costs to emergency units / hospitals are the responsibility of the federation or the athlete.

In the event that costs for medical care cannot be funded by the patient’s medical aid, these funds will be paid by the patient in his/her private capacity.

Athletes are requested to come at the classification with their bicycle, cycling clothes and all adaptations. The detailed classification schedule will be published on the UCI website (www.uci.org) three weeks before the event.

DOPING CONTROLS Will take place at Gym, Viale Italia 18 – Corridonia (20m. from the finish line)

The athletes must go to the doping control area by their own means of transport, though they must be accompanied by a representative of the organisation who will take care of them in the arrival area.

OPENING PARADE An Opening Parade is planned on Wednesday, 8 May 2019 at 5PM in the city Center, Viale Roma – Corridonia (50m. before the time trial finish line). The oRganiser is requesting all the athletes to participate in the Opening Parade.

VISA Each National Federation is responsible for obtaining the appropriate documentation for their delegation. If necessary, we can assist you in obtaining the visas through the Italian Embassy in your country.

In order to proceed with this, we need to receive in advance, and as soon as possible, by email at [email protected] and [email protected] a letter of Federation membership, on headed paper, stamped and with the President’s or Secretary’s signature.

The following information and documents are required for each member of the delegation: • name • surname • date and place of birth • passport number • UCI code • function (i.e. athlete, coach, physiotherapist, etc.)

• the name of the event in which you intend to participate • arrival date • departure date • the exact place where staying throughout the period • a declaration that all travel expenses, accommodation, health and eventual repatriation expenses will be borne by the respective Federation.
