Agenda Responsible partner 1 Action point of last meeting minute:

Last meeting action point followed up: Qtr 3 Mu-Yin in need of shelter support for camp transfer (36 HHs). Land provided by Church near Maina KBC in Township. Minutes shared to wash cluster coordinator for Jawmasat WASH issue, also shared the issue of Palana RC regarding damaged solar equipment and Ka Bu Dam where Ka Bu Dam issue has been addressed. Jawmasat movement to new site planned for mid of December. Location for integration of two camps (Kyun Pin Thar and Bethlehem camp) has been found. Joint monitoring visit to be done before shelter implementation. The new site is in Lekone Area, Zee Kyun block. Tang Hpre movement to happen during summer next year (i.e March/April 2019) Coordination being done with DDM and Village Administrator of to provide the land right document and land for livelihood before any implementation in the new site for IDPs from Lawa RC.

New shelters being constructed for 5 ward Lone Khin RC IDPs as per camp transfer. Total 68 families, 18 shelter provided by private donor, 25 by MHF 1st allocation

However, the shell remains in the camp and currently there is regarding the measures no clear plans for the shell’s removal from the camp. Chipwe: Camp Resident requested to relocate to other area from Chipwi

ICRC: Most of the shelter and WASH implementation is near to

completion. Regarding Hkhrawng Yang; ICRC supported some cash to the displaced families, requested KMSS to update on the shelter plan for the

IDPs. Je Yang Kha in Laiza : 605 rehabilitation of shelters has been completed. Electricity being installed in Jawmasat new location.

DRC: Currently working in 2 project areas, Electrical wire repair Mali Yang

and Lawa RC which has probability to cause fire. Cabling cost is signification. DRC requested for contribution to support for the electrical

wiring. Around 4000-5000 USD is estimated. Coordinating with KMSS as Any agencies wanting to fill fencing needed in Maina RC, DRC will support to replace the fencing. the gaps to contact DRC to support electrical wire in Mali Yang and Lawa RC. KBC : Yumar KBC in Hpakant: 10 unit of kitchen required but few space

available. For Winter NFIs, if further gaps, to be coordinated with other KBC to coordinate with partners after DRC provides the requested quantity. Nlaing Laing KBC in DRC for fencing in Hpakant. Hpakant camp require fencing.

NRC : Coordination suggested for winter NFI in . 10 unit of shelter each in Chipwi LBC and Chipwi KBC planned. Shelter construction in Mawing RC 20 units, NSS, 30 unit for Namtu Lisu in process. Some winter NFIs stockpiled, willing to support if required.

CordAid: Je Yang Kha: 30 Unit of Shelter, Nkawng Pa : 19 unit of shelter, Kutkai 27 unit (timber single unit) has been completed.

OCHA: MHF 2nd allocation process ongoing.

KMSS: 76 units with Cordaid has already completed. MHF 1st allocation, construction in Nkwang pa 30. Mai Hkawng RC gaps around 30 units, 5 units from UNHCR and 5+ with Cord aid unspent fund. Regarding Tang Hpre movement, due to Academic reason IDPs will move only during summer next year.
