Address proof of service support office or branch office should be produced such as PAN, Tax receipt, Certificate of registration like Shop & Establishment, Service Tax/Sales Tax/VAT/LBT/etc. The vendor must inform the full address and name of the office-in-charge. The vendor must have at least two qualified Service support engineers at each office above. The vendor must have an average annual turnover of Rs. 10 crore (As per last three years’ Audited Annual Financial Statement/Income tax returns - to be enclosed).

All above context contributes to the prosperous of the country. Every context varies from each one based on the geographical area, resources, livelihood pattern, socio cultural status along with its community. But there is some destination site which is having the characteristic of more than one context. This research has also attempted to understand the village with characteristics of rural and tribal in Kalkundhal village of Kattapana block in Idukki district, Kerala. This study used primary and secondary data with random sample survey with a sample size of 120 household. This research reveals the socio-economic status, livelihood pattern, major development issue, changes oner the period and ethnic groups the best practices among the community people of Kalkundhal village. This research also brings out the isolation part of tribal and rural society from the outside world by the mode of transport, communication, education and technology where it also being behind factor of inequality in the Indian society. And the main part of this research covers the poverty status of the hilly region. I. INTRODUCTION This research has mainly focused on analyzing characteristics of rural and tribal context.

Abstract Voltage stability (VS) has recently become a challenging issue in many distribution networks, especially in industrial areas. The distribution networks are generally reconfigured with a view of reducing the real power loss and offering a better voltage profile for the utilities. This paper applies dragonfly optimization (DO), for reconfiguring distribution systems with a view of enhancing the VS without incurring any additional cost for installation of capacitors and tap-changing transformers. Test results on 33 and 69-node distribution systems exhibit the superiority of the proposed strategy.
