Den 4. Vi har allerede gode folk ansat i flere kommuner, men de lægemiddelfaglige kompetencer skal bruges mere. Vi vil stadig have øje for, at dansk life science-industri har gode vilkår – naturligvis ikke mindst højtuddannet arbejdskraft. Alle dagsordener vil vi gerne løfte sammen med andre interessenter og derfor fortsat lægge stort vægt på relationsopbygning. På de indre linjer er jeg rigtig glad for, at I stemte ja til at give vores stu- dentermedlemmer mere politisk indflydelse i fagforeningen. De får nu en Fagforeningen for lægemiddel- fast plads i Hovedbestyrelsen og i Repræsentantskabet og stemmeret begge akademikere steder. Det er den rigtige beslutning. De studerendes engagement og energi vil vi som fagforening få stor glæde af. Og det er også blandt de studerende, vi skal finde de medlemmer, som i fremtiden vil bære den faglige fane vide- re. Allerede nu tør jeg også love, at vi gentager succesen med de regionale møder. Aldrig før har Pharmadanmark i løbet af så kort tid mødt så mange medlemmer. Jeg har fået mange positive tilkendegivelser om, at vi har haft aktiviteter uden for hovedstadsområdet. Og så har det været spændende at dykke ned i et emne, cannabis, som den offentlige debat har manglet faglig viden om. Fælles for møderne var det store engagement og spørgelysten. Folkemødeaktivitet fortsætter vi ufortrødent med i år, og vi satser også her på direkte involvering af medlemmer. En bus fragter medlemmer til Bornholm, så de har mulighed for at overvære et af vores arrangementer og få en fornemmelse af Danmarks politiske festival. Og mere medlemsinddragelse endnu: Vi etablerer et uddannelses- og ar- bejdsmarkedsudvalg, der skal give jer mulighed for at præge Pharmadan- marks politikker og indsatser på disse kerneområder for en fagforening. Apropos kerneområde skal vi snart forhandle overenskomster på apo- teksområdet og for de offentligt ansatte. Vi har været i gang med forberedel- serne længe, inddraget medlemmerne, og vi har derfor en solid fornemmel- se af, hvad I anser som de vigtigste OK-krav. Jeg håber på positive forhand- lingsklimaer. Endelig vil jeg fremhæve, at vi tager fat på behandlingen af den 4. indu- strielle revolution, herunder kunstig intelligens og robotteknologi. To provide the theoretical basis for the answering of the research questions, the formation process, different types, motivations as well as outcomes for U-I collaborations from a firm’s perspective are considered. Following this, a selection of theoretical internal and external conflicts and corresponding levers is provided. Taking a more practical approach, the above mentioned theoretical basis is analyzed and discussed in the remaining part of this master thesis, using a deductive research approach. Based on a preparatory scoping interview process, three Danish pharmaceutical companies, namely Novo Nordisk, Lundbeck and LEO Pharma, have been selected for a semi-structured qualitative interview process. Thereby, the conflicts the companies are facing, namely the difficult interactions with the legal departments of the universities and the firm internal dissemination of the knowledge gathered during the U-I collaboration, are found as the main conflicts from the companies’ perspective resulting in a need to consider the implementation of counteracting levers.

This product, based on the concept of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) damage control, would provide TopoTarget access to profitable, lower-risk markets.
