CAST BIOS

DAPHNE ZUNIGA (Diana McQueen) – began her film career with ’s “” opposite and Tim Robbins. Then, a childhood dream came true when she was cast opposite in Ball’s final performance, “Stone Pillow.” Zuniga went on to star in feature films such as ’ “,” “Vision Quest,” “Gross Anatomy” with Christine Lahti and , and “Staying Together” with Stockard Channing, directed by Lee Grant. Other films include, “Last Rights,” and “Stand Ins.”

Zuniga became a familiar face to millions of viewers when she appeared for four years as Jo Beth Reynolds on the hit series “.” Other television credits include the highly rated NBC miniseries’ “Pandora’s Clock” and “Degree of Guilt,” both based on best- selling novels, and guest spots on “,” “Stark Raving Mad,” “Eve” and “Law and Order.” Zuniga recently starred in the ABC Family Channel’s series “Beautiful People” as well as “One Tree Hill” and will guest star on the critically acclaimed “Nip/Tuck.”

Born and raised in Northern California and Vermont, with delightful stints in Canada and Guatemala, Zuniga is the eldest daughter of a Unitarian minister mother and a philosophy professor father. Daphne studied a year at the American Conservatory Theater in , and performed in theater in New England before enrolling in the theater program at UCLA. She also studied with renowned acting teacher Peggy Feury at the Loft Studio, with Larry Moss and Penny Allen.

Currently she can be seen in a documentary co-created with Chris Anderson called “ConnecTED,” about the TED convention. The TED convention is the annual conference held in Monterey that brings together the world's most fascinating thinkers and doers. She enjoys meditation and is a supporter of Spirit Rock Meditation Center in California, and Insight Meditation Society in Massachusetts. Zuniga divides her time between and New York.

GREG EVIGAN (Tom Rourke) -- Greg Evigan has enjoyed success as an actor, singer, songwriter and musician. He is known around the world for his character portrayals of B.J. McKay on the hit television series “B.J. and the Bear” and Joey Harris in “My Two Dads.”

Born in South Amboy, New Jersey, Evigan, who has been successful in both drama and comedy, actually started out his career in music, performing in local Jersey Bands. At age 17, he got his first job as a singer in the original Broadway production of Jesus Christ Superstar . Two years later he continued his stay on the Broadway stage in the leading role of Danny Zuko in the original production of Grease. (more)

After two back to back hit shows on Broadway, it was music and Don Kirschner who brought him to California to meet Norman Lear. Evigan went on to star in 13 television series, 12 films, and more than 56 different television shows including, most recently, “” and the upcoming “Journey to the Center of the Earth.”

Evigan has also sung the theme songs for many of the TV series that he has appeared in, such as the “B.J. & the Bear theme.” He co-wrote and sang the theme for the hit series "My Two Dads," called “You Can Count On Me.” Evigan sang a duet with Sheryl Crow for the "P.S. I Luv U" theme song. A . He plays the piano, drums, and saxophone, and writes in a variety of different styles of music. He is currently mixing a new CD, with more original pieces, recorded with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios in London. The Modern Classical album features Evigan at the piano.

Evigan considers his greatest achievement raising three children with his wife Pam -- Briana, an actress, Jason, a musician and Vanessa Lee, an actress.

CAMERON BANCROFT (Beau) – Cameron Bancroft was born in Winnipeg, Canada, but grew up in the west coast city of Vancouver, Canada. His father is an attorney and his mother is a nurse. After graduating from high school, he moved to Los Angeles to attend California Institute of the Arts where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Theatre.

While attending Cal-Arts, Cameron performed in such productions as The Cherry Orchard , A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Romeo and Juliet . During summer breaks from college he would head back to Canada where he played “Graham Blake” for six seasons on the long running television series “The Beachcombers.” After earning his degree in 1990, he worked on such television shows as “Beautiful People,” “Extreme,” “The Cape,” “Charmed,” “Special Unit II, “Highlander,” “Beverly Hills 90210” and Fox’s “24.”

Bancroft’s television movies include ABC’s “The Path to 9/11,” “The Love of Her Life,” “To Walk Again – the Eddie Keating Story,” “To Brave Alaska,” “A Family Divided,” “Convictions,” “For the Love of Nancy” and “He Sees You When You’re Sleeping.” He can also be seen in the feature films “Mystery, Alaska,” “Love and Human Remains,” “Sleeping Together,” the romantic comedy “Standard Time” and the recently released six-part miniseries “Little House on the Prairie,” in which he plays the lead role of Charles Ingalls. He also recently completed production on the TV movie “Flirting With 40,” starring Heather Locklear.

Bancroft is an avid hockey fan and has been playing the game since he was five years old. Prior to a hiking accident, he was recruited to play for Canada’s Western Hockey League.

VINCENT GALE (Ghost) – Canadian actor Vincent Gale attended the Royal Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow, Scotland and furthered his training at the Citadel Theatre School in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Since he started his career, Gale has won and been nominated for a number of awards, including a Genie Award for Best Supporting Actor in “Last Wedding” (2001) and the Alberta Motion Picture Industry Award (AMPIA) for Best Actor for his work in “Bordertown Café” (1992).

Gale has starred in many American TV movies, including “The Escape” (1997) with Patrick Dempsey, USA Network’s “Baby Monitor: Sound of Fear” (1998) and “Every Mother’s Worst Fear” (1998), Showtime’s “Brotherhood of Murder” (1999), The Sci-Fi Channel’s “Meltdown” (2006) and Lifetime’s “Murder on Pleasant Drive” (2006). He has also played a lead in several Canadian TV movies, such as “Rapid Fire” (2005) and “The Twelve Days of Christmas Eve” (2004).

Aside from TV movies, Gale has acted in television series in both the U.S. and Canada. He played recurring roles in Bravo’s 2002 series “Breaking News,” the award-winning Showtime series “Queer as Folk” and CBC’s (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) “Da Vinci’s Inquest.” He has also appeared in such series as Sony Pictures’ “Outer Limits,” “Battlestar Galactica” on Sci-Fi and CBC’s award-winning series “Cold Squad.”

Gale has played lead roles in movies such as “True Heart” (1997) with Kirsten Dunst, “Dirty” (1998), “Trixie” (2000), “Punch” (2002) and “Fugitives Run” (2003). He has graced the silver screen as a supporting actor, both in “The Final Cut” (2004) with Robin Williams and in “Firewall” (2006) with Harrison Ford. His other film credits include a lead in “Bye Bye Blues” (1989), “Run” (1991) and “American Venus” (2007).

In addition to his appearances on-screen, Gale has also performed live theater, predominantly at the Vancouver Playhouse. Among his many theater credits are such roles as Tom in The Glass Menagerie , Charby in Charley’s Aunt and Vladimir in Waiting for Godot.
