Advisor : Robith Khoiril Umam, S.S., M. Hum. Keywords : Onomastics, Personal Title, Naming Pattern, Charactonym, WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment), and Narrative Identity. Name is a label or designation given to humans. Not only as an original identity but also names have important roles to help humans distinguish objects. Therefore, a name is a personal identity that denotes an individual character. Addressing this issue, this research attempts to reveal (1) What naming patterns are found from wrestler Personal Title in WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment)?, (2) How does the Charactonym contribute to the alignment of the wrestler’s narrative identity?. Naming pattern theory by Yvonne Bertills (2004) and Charactonym theory by Alexander Kalashnikov (2006) were applied to answer this problem. Through the onomastics and charactonym aspects which is associated with the wrestler's narrative identity, the researcher analyzes the personal title of the wrestler in WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment). This research is descriptive qualitative research, in terms to identify the wrestler's nickname related to the characteristics of the wrestler’s bearer based on the narrative identity. The data of this research were a word, clause, and figure that describe the character’s name.

For his part, Trump seemed more mark than smart. Where McMahon and the other wrestlers were working around him, like ham actors in an outsized play, Trump was shooting the match: that is, not so much acting naturally as neglecting to act at all. He soaked up the cheers, stalked the ring, took a fall, threw a sucker punch, and claimed victory as if he (and he alone) had fought the good fight (WWE 2013b).

    Cubed Circle Newsletter 241 – Consistency is Hard As many of probably noticed, we have been posting late and sporadically for the last month. This was, obviously, not our intention, but with the second semester eating into my free time, staying up to date is a tall order. Even without the newsletter itself seeing weekly publication the site has still remained up to date on a weekly basis, thanks primarily to co-author Ben Carass, as well as guest writers Paul Cooke and Leslie Lee III. But, the newsletter has survived for well over 241 weeks, and will hopefully thrive in the years to come. I have attempted to make provisions for publishing related tasks which should minimize the risk of major delays (obviously there will be some regular delays, as this late issue can attest), but we have some fail safes in place in order to keep this to a minimum. With all of this said, we have a great issue for everyone this week with Paul Cooke discussing the Pro-Wrestling Only Greatest Wrestler Ever project and his personal experience with the poll, Ben covers the news including tons of results from Japan and the Lesnar USADA violation, the Mixed Bag returns with a look at comedy wrestling, Ricochet/Ospreay, and a potential WWE match of the year -- plus Ben also looks at last Sunday's Battleground show and the first RAW of the brand split (a very good show). AD: It’s November 9th 2016, 10AM. So what is your current job title? JT: I am president and co-founder of Robomodo, a video game development house in Chicago. AD: Alright. So I know earlier you got into arcades, do you still spend time in arcades? JT: Believe it or not, yeah. The arcades that I’m at nowadays mostly are these family fun center type places, because I have kids, so you’ve got these Dave & Buster's type places. So I guess they’re called arcades, but recently I have been hanging out more at some of these barcades popping up lately, they’re basically craft beer and classic arcade machines. Then there’s an arcade out in Brookfield called the Galloping Ghost Arcade, and I’ve been there a lot because I’ve been shooting my documentary there. I believe it’s actually the largest arcade in the world, I think they have over 400 arcade machines there.
