Disclaimer Please be advised that many of the spells presented within this text are direct attempts at conversions from Magic: The Gathering CCG cards into Dungeons and Dragons Fifth Edition format. We, the authors and spellweavers, take no responsibility for granting Guild Houses an increased power boost above those mere guildless scum that cannot be bothered paying their guild dues to get the benefits the guild bestows. If this lack of power-smashing arcane ability is you, then you’re a cheap skate! Go do the right thing, pay some of that gold you’ve been hoarding away, and JOIN A GUILD!

Using these spells in a non-Ravnica setting

There is no reason why you should limit yourself to ONLY having these spells within a Ravnica-only setting.

With a couple of easy modifications to the spells within, it is possible to use these spells with your normal 5th Edition Dungeons and Dragons game.

Our easiest recommendations are as follows:

• Remove all reference to the Ravnica setting; so remove the guild reference listed under the spell’s level.

• Remove any reference to Ravnica in the V, S, M section of the spell (talk with your DM about a Samplesuitable replacement). file • Some spells will not be as effective with the new mechanics removed but they will still be playable. It’s suggested you try to keep the new mechanics, to maintain their feel, but it’s your game so knock yourself out either way 
