work-for-hire / remote team Located on the South Shore of Montreal, Grave Games is a work-for-hire remote dev team led by Simon Graveline. Grave Games has a strong interest, and most importantly expertise in action / adventure arcade games with local multiplayer in mind. We are highly motivated by license-based projects for any platform. The team is made of All Stars individuals. A 20 years game industry veteran with a track record of managing efficient teams, that, over the years, occupied positions like; Producer, Creative Director, Team Lead, Game Designer, Level Design, Writer, Scripter, Teacher and Tester. Worked for companies such as Tribute Games, Ubisoft, Behaviour Interactive, DC Studios. With clients such as Disney, Konami, LucasArts and Activision. Shipped over 15 titles including; AFTERGRINDER, Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, Hannah Montana, Thrillville: Off the Rails, State of Emergency 2 and Rayman 2: the Great Escape. On platforms including; PC, Sony PS3 and PS2, Nintendo Wii, DS, 64 and GBA. A roster of multi-talented individuals ready to work for Grave Games on a contract based engagement. These guys previously worked for these companies; Ubisoft, EA, Warner Bros, Square- Enix, and Eidos. All-Stars’ network also include professional voice- over actor and video editor, and a Juno award nominated alternative rock band. We primarily work with Unity 3D as our 3D game engine and GameMaker Studio for 2D games. Our production, organization and communication tools include; MS Office Suite, Visual Studio, Blender, Hexel, Asesprite, Trello, Music Maker, Trello, Slack, Skype and Tortoise SVN. We are all set to operate legally. We deliver high quality budget games for PC, console and mobile and we can also integrate VR. Dealing with a work-for-hire studio with a remote team built of contractual members, means that the client only pay for real men hours… no overhead, no down times. arcade - action - adventure single player - offline / online multiplayer pc - console - mobile - vr license-based projects; games - movies - tv shows However, we don’t develop games based on free- to-play models… not our field of expertise. So far, as a studio, we developed only one game: AFTERGRINDER, a 2D frantic runner that generally received positive reviews; 80% on Metacritic and 80% positive user reviews on Steam.
