Scenario #2: Halloween Havoc Scenario #2: Halloween Havoc GREEN WITH EVIL EXPANSION + (FROM THE KICKSTARTER EXCLUSIVE BOX). 8 PENNIES (OR OTHER SMALL TOKENS), THESE WILL BE REFERRED TO AS “PATCH TOKENS” IN THE RULES. SETUP Follow the normal Setup for the base game. Players may use any Rangers of their choice from expansions they own. LOCATIONS: Ernie’s Juice Bar, Angel Grove Park, Shopping Mall, Stone Quarry — DEPLOYMENT DECK — 1. Take the 20 Putty Patroller and Tenga Warrior deployment cards and set aside the four 3-figure deployment cards in each set, returning them to the box. 2. Shuffle the 16 remaining Putty Patroller and Tenga Warrior deployment cards. Then, divide them into 4 face-down piles of 4 cards each. 3. Do not add any additional cards to the first pile (pile A). 4. Shuffle the Bones deployment card into the second pile (pile B). 5. Shuffle the Eye Guy deployment card into the third pile (pile C). 6. Place the Pumpkin Rapper deployment card on the bottom of the last pile (pile D). 7. Stack the piles so that their order, from top to bottom, is A > B > C > D. PLAY This scenario introduces special events that change the game when specific triggers occur. DEPLOYMENT During each Deployment Step resolve 4 enemy deployments instead of 5. At the end of each Deployment Step, if Pumpkin Rapper has not been deployed, place 1 patch token in each outer location. These tokens represent Pumpkin Rapper’s creeping influence. Patch tokens are treated as Foot Soldier figures for all purposes, including location figure limits. BATTLE Patch tokens are treated as foot soldier figures during battles in their locations; however, instead of drawing a card from a foot soldier deck, patch tokens draw cards from the Pumpkin Rapper enemy deck. These cards are placed in the combat sequence alongside other Foot Soldier cards. When a patch token’s card is defeated, remove 1 patch token from that location and place it on the experience track on the power board. Shuffle the defeated card back into Pumpkin Rapper’s deck instead of discarding it. Important! If there are more than 4 foot soldier figures in the current location, the lead Ranger must choose the patch tokens as foot soldiers in the battle. AT THE START OF THE GAME: It’s a lovely Halloween in Angel Grove. Everyone’s in costume, and kids are out trick-or-treating. But there seems to be a lot more pumpkins than you’d expect. They’re growing all over the place, creeping over buildings and attacking civilians! And through the chaos you hear a killer beat and an echoing voice... “Yo, this is the story of a Halloween night and some foolish little teens are gonna put up a fight! Tenga warriors in the wings, they be ravin’ like ravens ‘Nevermore’ they sing, your Angel Grove’s in need of savin’! And if that ain’t enough we’ve brought the Putty Patrol, Let’s see the Power Rangers keep ‘em under control!” AT THE START OF A ROUND WHEN BONES IS DEPLOYED “And next comes Bones! from the grave he will rise. A master of the blade, he’ll cut you down to size.” AT THE START OF A ROUND WHEN EYE GUY IS DEPLOYED “Keep your eyes open ‘cause Eye Guy sure will. He’s gobblin’ up brains till he eats his fill.” WHEN PUMPKIN RAPPER IS DEPLOYED “Trick or Treat!” Cry the kids, going door to door. Pumpkin Rapper’s here, ready to settle the score. You candy-colored Rangers, do you think you’re all that? Well come into my patch and I’ll stomp you all flat! When Pumpkin Rapper is deployed. Instead of placing the foot soldiers from his deployment, place 2 Patch Tokens his location.. PUMPKIN RAPPER IS TREATED AS A BOSS-TYPE ENEMY. THE RANGERS MUST DEFEAT 6 OF HIS CARDS IN ORDER TO WIN THE GAME. Important! Even though patch tokens use Pumpkin Rapper’s enemy cards, they are foot soldiers and are not discarded the way monster/boss cards are at the end of a battle. (Defeating them does not count towards defeating Pumpkin Rapper.) In addition, if there are not enough Pumpkin Rapper cards remaining in his deck to represent the patch token cards, place random cards from his discard pile into the combat sequence instead. (These cards are returned to the discard pile after they are defeated instead of being shuffled back into Pumpkin Rapper’s deck.) PUMPKIN RAPPER CARDS PATCH TOKEN CARDS GAME END If the Rangers Lose: “Ha! Down go the Rangers and the rest of the team. Pumpkin Rapper knows how to make y’all scream. Next I’ll conquer the world from the east-side to the west and then everyone will know; Pumpkin Rapper’s the best. If the Rangers Win: As the mutated vines wither and Pumpkin Rapper explodes in defeat, you all head back to Ernie’s Juice bar for a well-deserved rest. Kids run around dressed as vampires and ghosts and even a few in plastic Power Rangers masks! Ernie offers you a pumpkin spice milkshake which you politely decline. Rachel: Because you are a man that has worked from home for a long time.

Travis insists he‘s a sexpert, but if there‘s a degree on his wall, I haven‘t seen it. Also, this show isn‘t for kids, which I mention only so the babies out there will know how cool they are for listening. What‘s up, you cool baby? Completed acquisition by Hasbro, Inc. of Entertainment One Limited Decision on relevant merger situation and substantial lessening of competition ME/6850/19 Please note that [] indicates figures or text which have been deleted or replaced in ranges for reasons of commercial confidentiality. SUMMARY 1. On 30 December 2019, Hasbro, Inc (Hasbro) acquired Entertainment One Limited (eOne) (the Merger). Hasbro and eOne are together referred to as the Parties. 2. The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) believes that it is or may be the case that each of Hasbro and eOne is an enterprise; that these enterprises have ceased to be distinct as a result of the Merger; and that the turnover test is met. The four-month period for a decision has not yet expired. The CMA therefore believes that it is or may be the case that a relevant merger situation has been created. 3. The Parties overlap in the supply of children character brand (CCB)1 licences for the manufacture and wholesale supply of CCB-based consumer goods2 in the United Kingdom (UK). In addition, the Parties overlap in the supply of film, television and digital (FTD) content, as well as gaming apps, based on their own CCBs in the UK. However, the CMA found that the Merger does not, prima facie, give rise to competition concerns in relation to the supply of FTD and gaming apps. Therefore, the CMA’s competitive assessment is focused 1 CCB refers to a property right relating to the name and design of a fictional character targeted at children (in this Decision, the demographic segment comprising the ages of 0 to 11 years old).
