That’s when he established Erik Buell Racing LLC (EBR) after Harley-Davidson Inc., who owned Buell Motorcyle Co., shut down the East Troy motorcycle company in response to the recession. Buell said the first EBR 1190RS bikes will be built in small quantities and will be quite exotic and collectible. They will be sold through a dealer network that EBR will be es- tablishing this spring.
