Timbe Creek Times Creek 4 TIMBER CREEK AFJROTC FIELD TRIP TOTHE AEROSPACE CENTER FOR EXCELLENCE BY CADET ALYSSA CANDELARIO On Friday, February 8th, 2019, fifty cadets visited the Aerospace Center for Excellence “Sun N’ Fun” in Lakeland, Florida. There, they were able to put their knowledge of what is taught in our AFJROTC courses, “I’VE BEEN GIVEN into hands-on experience. MY LIFE BACK” Former Patient - Recovery Solutions The cadets went over the history of flying, saw the inside of a cargo aircraft, explored sea planes, flew an aircraft simulator, and viewed old Inpatient Detox, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Care aircraft weapons.
