Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. (the “Company”) hereby submit Affidavits of Publication from The Times Herald Record and The Journal News, the newspapers having general circulation in the Company’s service area.
The Affidavits of Publication attest to the publication of notice of the Company’s June 26, 2020 filing, made to modify the Company’s Schedule for Electric Service – P.S.C. No. 3 – Electricity (the “Electric Tariff”). to allow the Company, at its sole discretion, to negotiate and execute a Service Agreement to provide billing services on behalf of an entity that is not provided electric service under any rider or service classification of the Electric Tariff. The publication dates were July 22, July 29, August 5 and August 12, 2020 for the Times Herald Record and July 23, July 30, August 6 and August 13 for the Journal News.
