Breeders’ Cup World Championships Return to Keeneland in 2020 Friday, Nov. 6 and Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020 The Breeders’ Cup World Championships return to Keeneland on Friday, Nov. 6 and Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020. This will be the second time that Keeneland will serve as the event’s host site. “We are excited to bring Breeders’ Cup back to Keeneland in 2020 after its successful inaugural host year in 2015,” Breeders’ Cup President and CEO Craig Fravel said at the August 2018 announcement. “Lexington is the heart of the Thoroughbred industry, traditions and culture, and the birthplace BREEDERS’ CUP of most Breeders’ Cup champions.
