U20 MASCULIN

LISTE POLE FRANCE SAISON 2020/2021

La liste « Pôle France » constitue le noyau central de la stratégie de suivi et d’accompagnement du projet France Jeunes. Elle est un concentré momentané des joueurs à forts potentiels accompagnés par la fédération. Chaque joueur listé bénéficie d’un Plan Partagé Individuel de Développement (P.P.I.D) co-construit entre la fédération et son club d’appartenance.

En parallèle les entraîneurs nationaux travaillent sur un groupe élargi d’environ 120 joueurs prioritairement nés en 2001 et 2002 (et certains nés en 2003) en vue des échéances hivernales des U20 France Masculin et U20 France Masculin développement.
