For more information on Delta and things to do and see, use the following link to get the Corporation of Delta / Community Info / Maps
Welcome to Delta, one of the most unique and beautiful areas in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia — and also the one with the least rain and most sunshine! And welcome to the Coast Tsawwassen Inn, located in Delta's picturesque seaside community of Tsawwassen. It's the ideal place to stay to enjoy all that Delta has to offer or to relax before or after a ferry ride to Victoria or Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. The BC Ferry Terminal is just 7 km from our door. The cleanest beach in the lower mainland is just 3 km from our door in Boundary Bay.
Traditionally a rich agricultural and fishing community, Delta is steeped in history and culture. Delta spans 336 square kilometers bound to the north by the mighty Fraser River, the U.S. Border and Boundary Bay to the South and by The Strait of Georgia to the west. Only a short 25-minute drive from Vancouver International Airport and 35 minutes from Downtown Vancouver, Delta is strategically linked with British Columbia's Lower Mainland as the perfect location to begin your dream vacation.
Explore the historic fishing village of Ladner and take in the open-air market held numerous Sundays throughout the summer. Lie back and relax on the sunny beaches of Tsawwassen or enjoy a leisurely game of golf. To escape the heat, visit Splashdown Water Park or enjoy the adjoining amusement parks. If you're feeling more active, try hiking or nature walks in our many parks and wildlife habitats. Delta is a major destination for migratory birds.
Restaurants and Stores
