 Managed the ongoing business operations for the RMC Club of Canada, the Non-Profit Alumni Association for the Royal Military College of Canada.  Conducted a strategic analysis of viable business opportunities and services.  Supervised the production and distribution of all communications to the RMC Alumni network.

Royal Military College Varsity Hockey, Kingston, ON 2001-2005 Assistant Coach and Head Scout

 Planned and executed the recruiting strategy and operating plan for RMC Varsity Hockey Team.  Developed the team identity and team-building program.

Canadian Armed Forces, 14 Service Battalion, Calgary, AB 2001-2003 Adjutant

 Managed and supervised the logistical and administrative elements for an organization of 100 personnel and a fleet of 32 vehicles.  Developed and executed the recruiting campaign for the unit, including the launch of the unit website.

Canadian Armed Forces, 1 Service Battalion, Edmonton, AB 1999-2001 Assistant Operations Officer

 Organized and coordinated all Combat Service Support operations for an organization of 500 personnel and fleet of 150 vehicles.  Trained, supervised, and led the Brigade Logistics Operations center, coordinating the logistical support for a combat-ready organization of 5000 personnel in field operations.  Developed the operations plan, and trained the Logistics Operations Centre, for the National Support Element that deployed to Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.

 Developed and executed the welfare support plan for the first deployment of 1500 personnel to Operation Kinetic in Kosovo.  Trained, supervised, and led an organization of 9 personnel in welfare support operations encompassing $700,000 in retail sales, and $5,000,000 in contracted travel support.  Liaised with government officials to organize exhibition ice hockey matches in Bulgaria and Greece with their respective National Teams.

 Trained, supervised, and led a heavy transport platoon consisting of 45 personnel and 30 vehicles.
