The entire Opening Ceremony was broadcast live-live by Estonian Television (ETV) (video of the Opening Ceremony http://etv.err.ee/v/kultuurisaated/kontserdid/saated/cc806409-77fb-4861-b96a-dc42a93a0621/viljandi- parimusmuusika-festival-2016) and Euroradio 2See The Euroradio offer remixed by the ERR team is made up of 27 concerts listed on page 2 and 6 interviews in English, details page 18. For EBU colleagues who plan to use excerpts from the speeches of the Opening Ceremony, these were added before the beginning of the first concert by Mari Kalkun, Tuulikki Bartosik, Ramo Teder. The speeches are by the President of Estonia, Mr Toomas Hendrik Ilves, the CEO of Estonian Public Broadcasting, Mr Margus Allikmaa, and the Euroradio Head of Music, Mrs Pascale Labrie. Broadcast conditions Three (3) radio broadcasts, in whole or in part (selection of songs) free of cost, except for the usual authors' rights declared and paid to national collecting societies. This includes the possibility for the broadcasters mentioned above to use the concert performance, or parts thereof, in their online services (e.g. podcasting). Deadline for broadcast is 31 July 2017. The artists' info with some videos are available in the attached table, by clicking on the artists’ name and also http://www.folk.ee/festival/en/artists-and-program/artists. All photos are available in MUS. Each concert is followed by the tracklisting.
