The renaming of the observance refl ected the progress of the Philippines’ eff ort to promote resilience to all communities in the country.

The top three winners for the Theme- writing, Poster-making and Essay- writing contests were recognized. OCD XI Conducts NDRM Quiz Bee for Elementary Students

Regional DRRM Council XI Core Team facilitated the National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRMC) Quiz Bee for Elementary Students on 19 July 2017 at DepEd XI, NEAP, Davao City. Deped Region XI acted as the Chair of the tabulators together with OCD, PIA, DILG, DOST and NEDA in Davao Region. OCD XII Holds 3rd Quarter NSED

SPED Teacher assists her students at the designated evacuation site in General Santos City SPED Integrated School, the pilot area of Region XII for the 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous EQ Drill on 27 September 2017. Regional DRRM Council XII through OCD XII spearheaded the earthquake drill in coordination with the City DRRM Offi ce of General Santos. OCD ARMM Conducts Position Course on ICS
