It’s another busy time for ranchers. I would like Hto update members on a few things from our September meeting. Wyoming Stock Growers Association President Dennis Sun spoke Join Us! with us about some partnership ideas between our two organizations. Their first idea was sharing a staff person to help plan events and promo- tions, but at the meeting we decided this was probably not a need for us WYOMING right now. We may have use of an intern through a grant that the Camp- CATTLEWOMEN bell County CattleWomen received and that intern might help us plan some fun Beef events throughout Wyoming. We set up a committee to MEETING explore options for this opportunity. KAHLA MILLS The second idea was to have the Wyoming CattleWomen presi- dent and another WCW member serve on the WSGA auction committee. By having us help Dec 4 • 2 pm them with this committee, they will give us a percentage of the proceeds from the auction. Ramkota Hotel & Conference Vice President Leslie Meich and myself are serving on that committee right now. For the WSGA winter auction basket I would like to do a theme of Grilling. I would like Held in conjunction with the for counties to send things like grill utensils, bbq sauces, trays, and seasonings. Please try WSGA Winter Roundup to have them to me by Monday, Dec. 3 in Casper. Please feel free to call or text me with Dec. 3-5, 2018 questions, or a time to meet to get these items. Learn more at www.wysga.org Our next meeting is Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018 at 2 p.m. at the Ramkota Hotel and Confer- ence Center in Casper in conjunction with the WSGA Winter Roundup.
