PUBLIC LAW 96-108—NOV. 9, 1979 93 STAT. 821 Public Law 96-108 96th Congress An Act Making appropriations for Agriculture, Rural Development, and Related Agencies Nov. 9, 1979 programs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1980, and for other purposes. [H.R. 4387] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the following Agriculture, sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not rural development, otherwise appropriated, for Agriculture, Rural Development, and and related Related Agencies programs for the fiscal year ending September 30, agencies 1980, and for other purposes; namely: appropriations, fiscal year 1980. TITLE I—AGRICULTURAL PROGRAMS PRODUCTION, PROCESSING AND MARKETING OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY For necessary expenses of the Office of the Secretary of Agricul ture, including not to exceed $75,000 for employment under 5 U.S.C. 3109, $4,470,000: Provided, That this appropriation shall be reim bursed from applicable appropriations in this Act for travel expenses incident to the holding of hearings as required by 5 U.S.C. 551-558: Provided further. That not to exceed $8,000 of this amount shall be available for official reception and representation expenses, not otherwise provided for, as determined by the Secretary. DEPARTMENTAL ADMINISTRATION For Budget, Planning and Evaluation, and Public Participation, $3,196,000; for Operations and Finance, Personnel, Equal Opportu nity, Safety and Health Management and Management Analysis, $8,455,000;
