This award celebrates an excellent alumnus who serves to inspire fellow alumni, current students and the community at large. Young Alumnus of the Year Recipient 3 This award acknowledges the achievements of alumni who have graduated LEAH MOLATSELI within the past decade and have contributed immensely to their fields. The masters of ceremonies are Piyet, Charlton, E-Tone and an OFM presenter. Lots of prizes are to be won and the audience will have a chance to show off their talent with live karaoke. The gates of the stadium opens at 10:00 and the day will end at 23:00. Visitors must bring their own meat, grills and camping chairs. There will be a beer garden. The regiment, which is stationed at the Tempe Military base, entertained the sizeable crowd with an awesome display of fire power by the military’s older Mark I and more modern Mark II tanks. 16 Squadron of the South African Air Force also formed part of the entertainment by showing off its state-of-the-art Rooivalk gunship firing rockets, as well as its 20-mm cannon boasting a fire rate of 740 rounds per minute.
