SURF CITY ALLSTARS Dean Torrence & The Surf City Allstar Band Concert Rider rider subject to change depending on exact configuration. Certain line-items are negotiable on this rider. Contract rider provided here to give buyers an idea of requirements.

1. Local Transportation: Purchaser to provide local transportation for six (6) people, ten (10) personal bags, and ten (10) pieces of musical gear in travel cases. 2. Accommodations: Purchaser to provide six (6) single non-smoking hotel rooms for each performance night. An extra night may be necessary due to travel schedule. Dean Torrence; Non-smoking King. 3. Dressing Rooms & Hospitality: Purchaser to provide two dressing rooms: Dean Torrence room: (doubles as hospitality room for your corporate guests during and after show / meet & greet, etc.) equipped with mirrors and appropriate lighting, hang-up for clothes, bathroom (or private access to bathroom, shower if possible), ample towels. Room should have ample comfortable seating, e.g.: couch(s), etc. Also a table for signing photos, shirts, etc. Food: bottled water, Coca-Cola (not Pepsi), bottled beer, coffee machine, assorted juices. Food may include deli presentation or hot food (chicken or pasta), candy dish (M&Ms / no "M's" on candy, only "W's"). Band Room: equipped with mirrors and appropriate lighting, hang-up for clothes, bathroom (or private access to bathroom, shower if possible), and ample towels, ample seating, iron & ironing board. Food: bottled water, Coca-Cola (not Pepsi), bottled beer (no "light" beer), assorted juices, deli tray, bread or rolls, mayo, potato chips. Dinner: One (1) hour before show time a hot meal is requested for six (6) people: This meal should include chicken or pasta, salad, side dishes, dessert, and beverages. 4. Backline Gear Requirements:

A. Drums: Five (5) piece YAMAHA RECORDING SERIES drum kit with new heads, top and bottom, consisting of: Two (2) snare drums, two (2) mounted toms (12") and (13"), One (1) floor tom (16"), One kick drum (22"), two (2) chain drive kick pedals, One (1) Zildjian hi-hat, Two (2) Zildjian crash cymbals, One (1) Zildjian ride cymbal, One (1) throne, One (1) extra kick drum head, all necessary hardware for kit. B. Guitars: Three (3) Fender Twin guitar amplifiers. Five (5) guitar stands. C. Bass: One (1) GK 800RB bass amplifier, Two (2) HARTKE 115XL bass bins. D. Keyboards: One (1) Yamaha S-80 synthesizer and any one of the following three Hammond keyboards:

One (1) HAMMOND B3 Organ with Leslie Model 122 or 147 OR: One (1) HAMMOND XB-2 with Leslie Model 122 or 147 with One (1) Leslie Pre-amp foot pedal and all necessary cabling, two-tiered keyboard stand. OR: One (1) Hammond XK-2 with Leslie Model 122 or 147 with One (1) Leslie Pre-amp foot pedal and all necessary cabling, two-tiered keyboard stand.

One (1) Drummer's throne OR One (1) Organ Bench. E. Percussion: Two (2) congas with stand, One (1) percussion tray with stand, One (1) shaker, One (1) tambourine.

5. Sound Requirements:

A. House System: One (1) twenty-four by eight (24 X 8) channel mixer, outboard gear consisting of; comp-limiters, gates, digital reverb and digital delay, One (1) cassette and One (1) CD player, One (1) house engineer for sound check and performance. B. Monitor System: One (1) twenty-four by eight (24 X 8) channel mixer, eight (8) discreet monitor mixes, Eight (8) monitor wedges (bi-amped), One (1) drum monitor cabinet, Side fills (stereo), One (1) monitor operator for sound check and performance.

6. Staging and Risers: One (1) eight by eight (8 X 8) riser for drums, skirted and covered.
