SWISS CONFEDERATION 2.1 EU-Swiss relations (state of play) = information by the EEAS/Commission (followed by discussion) The EEAS will update the EFTA Working Party on the latest developments in EU-Swiss relations, including the working visit of the EFTA/EU Delegation of the Swiss Parliament to Brussels on 1 and 2 October and the 39th EU-Switzerland Interparliamentary Meeting (IPM) on 9 October,

2.2 EU-Swiss Institutional Framework Agreement = information by the EEAS/Commission (followed by discussion) The EEAS/Commission will present the main features of the draft EU-Swiss Institutional Framework Agreement, as agreed between the negotiators on 23 November 2018.
