Westfield World Trade Center Insurance Requirements Outdoor Markets

• Access to WTC will not be granted unless all insurance requirements are met. • The name insured must match the name of the business, or list all relevant DBAs. • The full list of additional insureds on page 2 of the Sample COI must be included exactly as shown. • The General Liability & Auto Liability limits may be satisfied by a combination of primary and umbrella/excess policies, but the umbrella/excess policies must follow the form of the primary policies and provide drop down coverage. • Each vendor must sign a copy of the Hold Harmless Agreement.

Types of Insurance Required

General Liability • Commercial General Liability applicable per occurrence. • Limits Required – $1,000,000/Each Occurrence; $2,000,000/General Aggregate. General Aggregate limit applicable per policy (project & location also accepted) • Additional Insured endorsements naming all parties in Exhibit C (see below) as additional insureds. Blanket additional insured endorsements acceptable. • Host Liquor Liability coverage – where vendor is serving alcohol.

Auto Liability • Commercial policy covering hired autos and scheduled autos. • Limits Required - $1,000,000/Combined Single Limit (Each Accident) or no less than $100,000. • Additional Insured endorsements naming all parties in Exhibit C (see below) as additional insureds. Blanket additional insured endorsements acceptable. OR • Proof of personal auto insurance, naming the driver and vehicle that will be driving on property.

Workers Compensation • Non-NY based vendors must provide policy endorsement covering NY workers compensation claims. • Limits Required – Statutory Limits
