Enjoy our alpine, swabian and bavarian world of taste, which we would like to bring you closer with our selected dishes. With traditional and seasonal influences we would like to concentrate on the essentials in our tavern.

In order to convince with our dishes, we only use high quality and wholesome products from our region, as well as from Austria in our kitchen. Here we source our vegetables, fruit and salad products, from our regionally based supplier „Marktstand Kurz“
Our meat dishes are made exclusively with pork, turkey and beef prepared from Austria. We have found with the supplier „Kröswang“ a selected specialists as supplier. The Kröswang company is the most rigorously tested Austrian food wholesaler and works with selected family farms, to whom animal welfare is of particular concern. The animals feed on natural, gene-free feed and are born, reared, slaughtered and processed in Austria and thus treated sustainably and ecologically valuable
