If governance were a subject in school and the youth sector were his teachers, President Benigno Simeon “Noynoy” Aquino III would have earned a “failing grade.” This was how the student organization National Union of Students of the (NUSP) and Kabataan Partylist (KPL) expressed their dissatisfaction over Aquino's performance for the past 100 days since he assumed office in July 9.
