32 towns and villages and 8 islands Indicates Festival Events Indicates Festival Towns Céad Míle Fáilte!

A hundred thousand welcomes to A Taste of West Cork 2016. The festival is a celebration of the “magic ingredients” that form the very special and unique place that is west Cork – superb food and seafood; stunning land and seascape ; fascinating islands ; great art and craft and innovative and intriguing people!

This year the festival has more events, more to do and more to experience with over 170 events taking place in 32 towns and villages and on eight islands. We know that within the pages of this programme you will find something (if not quite a few somethings) to excite you.

Along the way, in the development of the programme, we have received the most phenomenal support and encouragement. The festival would not be possible without our sponsors, patrons and all the wonderful friends whose support we so deeply appreciate.

Come and enjoy this uplifting celebration of all that is authentic and wonderful in this very special part of the Wild Atlantic Way.
