FCC COMMENTS IN SUPPORT OF THE MB 18-184 FM CLASS C4 AND 73.215 PROPOSAL

To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Joe Roszkowski. I am the President of Archangel Communications in Fairhope. Alabama. Archangel Communications is the FCC licensee of WNGL 1410 AM in Mobile, Alabama.

I have been the owner and manager of WNGL for more than seven years. I am grateful to the Commission for its hard work on AM revitalization, especially the FM translator filing windows from the past two years. I have applied for an anticipate receiving a new FM translator on 94.5 FM. It will be a lifeline that will breathe new life into WNGL. I cannot thank the FCC enough for this opportunity.

Many small broadcasters with Class A FM stations across the country are now asking for a similar type of lifeline. That is why I fully support the FM Class C4 and 73.215 proposal filed by MMTC and SSR Communications.

I realize that my station will not benefit directly from this proposal, but I know that many small, independent, and women and minority-owned station are in desperate need of this power upgrade.

Also, I have studied the proceeding and have found no reasonable possibility of interference to my FM translator station as a result of the proposed two changes to the FCC's rules.

As was the case in my situation, I ask that the FCC grant relief to my fellow small broadcasters through full implementation of the MB 18-184 proceeding.

Please adopt this proposal in full without delay. Yours, Joe Roszkowski Archangel Communications WNGL 1410 AM
