• The pass listed first (by your home postcode) is the pass you need to travel from home to college. Any other passes mentioned below (in the same post code area) are upgrades – these are more expensive but allow you to use them further afield (useful if you need to travel to another area for your part time job for example).

• All bus passes can be used at weekends and in the evenings within the allowed area and must be used with a student ID card – they should not be used out of date or out of zone, otherwise your pass may be confiscated or withdrawn.

• If there are two bus companies under your post code, this means that both bus companies serve your area to the South Downs Campus and you can choose either company depending on which pass suits you best.

• All Travel Subsidies are a one-off payment, regardless of whether an Annual or Termly bus pass is chosen. The college will inform you at the end of Term 1 if you are eligible for this.

• The service routes on this form, are only suggested routes to get students from their home to the South Downs Campus. Other routes can be used within the allowed zones for the chosen bus pass.

• No bus services are guaranteed, and most services are not run under contract to HSDC. Therefore, some bus services/routes may be updated or changed over the summer, please go to the First Bus or Stagecoach websites for the latest travel information.
