All eligibility forms are to be received by the National Eligibility Chair before the first athletic contest (including scrimmages) in each sport.
All matters pertaining to eligibility shall be processed via the Athletics Director of each respective institution. The Athletics Director shall serve as the liaison for all eligibility issues.
