Assemblyman William A. Barclay Senator Neil D. Lisa Fernéz, CFE, CISA, MCM is the Assistant Deputy Superintendent and Chief of NYSDFS' Life Bureau. Lisa's career with the New York State Department of Financial Services spans 27 years during which time she has held various leadership positions while being involved in overseeing the regulation of insurers in the life, health and property industries.

She was appointed to the Bureau Chief position in July 2015.
