Enjoy a private dinner amongst friends prepared by Chef Kylen McCarthy, pupil of Seattle Restaurateur and 2012 James Beard Award winner Matthew Dillon (Sitka and Spruce, Corson Building, Old Chaser Farm, Bar Ferdinand). The dinner will reflect Kylen’s personal philosophies of embracing local agriculture, seasonal awareness, communal gathering, and the perpetual motion of food and culture.
The dinner will consist of a five course meal for six guests, served communally, prepared by Kylen at the home of the bidder. Dinner will focus on seasonal bounty while accenting the meal with traditional preservation methods. Product support from industry friends will convey the importance of community, while strengthening the celebration with food and wine.
