How to reach Bregenz from St. Gallen/Altenrhein Airport

Distance: The airport St. Gallen/Altenrhein is 23 km away from Bregenz.

People’s shuttle bus service: The shuttle bus schedule is coordinated with the arrival and departure times of the People’s Viennaline scheduled flights to provide you with convenient connections to and from Bregenz. A reservation for the bus is required to board. You can reserve a place on the shuttle bus by phoning the info centre, by e-mail or the online booking system. A one-way trip is 15 euros per person. You can either pay directly on the bus or pre-pay during the booking process.

Ticket costs: one way EUR 15,- Timetable: http://www.peoplesviennaline.ch/de/informieren/anreise/altenrhein/shuttlebus bus/train: A public bus (line Nr. 305) stops directly at the airport (adress: Dorfstrasse / Parking P1). Frequent connections bring you to the train stations at Staad, Rohrschach or Rheineck. From there you can take the train to Bregenz via St. Margrethen (you might need to change trains). The trip lasts about 40-60 minutes.
