Watertower St., Ste. 110, Meridian, ID 83642 to conduct Board business. The meeting convened at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2019 with the following Board members present: Raymond Watkins, Dusty Obermayer, John Elle, John Tomkinson, George Murgel and Glenn Bennett.
