October 25, 2020 – 0016 hours

Officer responded to the area of East Franklin Street on the report of a distressed female in a parking lot. Officer located a juvenile who was trying to drive home from Centerville and became lost. Officer assisted juvenile in making her way home.

October 25, 2020 – 2031 hours

Officers were dispatched to the area of South Main Street on the report of an unresponsive male. Officers provided care until Medics arrived to transport the adult for medical treatment.

October 26, 2020 – 0837 hours

Officers responded to a residence on Sable Ridge for a possible deceased person. Medics arrived and pronounced the time of death. No foul play.

October 26, 2020 – 1136 hours

Officer, while on a school detail, was asked to assist the school counselor with an upset student.

October 26, 2020 – 1348 hours

Officer was dispatched to a residence on Belair Circle as a peace officer while an individual retrieved property.

October 26, 2020 – 1547 hours

Officer responded to a residence on South Lakeman Drive on the report of a utility cable being repeatedly damaged.

October 28, 2020 – 1112 hours

Officers responded to a business on West Franklin Street for a welfare check on an individual sleeping in a car. After contacting the individual, officers were made aware of an arrest warrant. He was taken into custody and additional charges are pending for suspected drugs located in his possession.

October 28, 2020 – 1301 hours

Officer was dispatched to a residence on Sable Ridge Drive for the report of unwanted text messages and phone calls. Officer contacted the individual and instructed him to cease contact.

October 28, 2020 – 1708 hours

Officer was given a cellphone that a resident located in his yard.

October 29, 2020 – 1121 hours

Officer responded to a business on West Franklin Street for a scam report. The business owner reported employees have received text messages from a number claiming to be the business owner asking the employees to purchase gift cards.

October 30, 2020 – 0639 hours

Officers were dispatched to a parking lot on Wilmington Pike for a lockout request with a child in the vehicle. Entry was gained.

October 30, 2020 – 1204 hours

Officer responded to the area of Lower Hillside Drive for a deer stuck in a fence.

October 30, 2020 – 1314 hours

Officers were dispatched to a residence on Belair Circle for a scam phone call. The resident reported receiving a message about her Amazon account, which she does not have.

October 31, 2020 – 0106 hours

Officers responded to a residence on South Main Street for an intrusion alarm. False alarm.

October 31, 2020 – 0255 hours

Officer was dispatched to a residence on Mill Pond Drive for a security check requested by the resident after indoor cameras lost connection.

October 31, 2020 – 1259 hours

Officer responded to a residence on Vineyards Way for a report of unwanted contact. The resident requested officer contact an individual that is attempting to contact the resident and advise them to cease communication.

October 31, 2020 – 1331 hours

Officer was dispatched to a residence on Kensington Drive for an intrusion alarm. False alarm.

October 31, 2020 – 2226 hours

Officer conducted a traffic stop for a Traffic Control Device violation. After further investigation, the driver was arrest for Operating a Vehicle under the Influence.
