Martinez subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the area Woodland Avenue and Wychwood Road. Ryan Johnson was arrested for Driving while Intoxicated. Ryan Johnson was transported from the scene to Westfield Police Headquarters. Elmer St. / E. South Ave. Incident Type: Warrant Arrest Case #: 20‐28575 Arrestee: Latavia P. Jackson, 22, East Orange On Saturday, October 31, 2020 at approximately 2202 hours, Latavia P. Jackson was stopped for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver’s license in the area of S. Elmer Street / E. South Avenue, Westfield, NJ. A subsequent investigation revealed outstanding traffic warrants issued by Hanover PD for $1,000.00 and Madison PD for $500.00.
