On 10/31/2020 at 0230 hours, Officers Went and Natale arrested Michael Leahy for Driving While Intoxicated pursuant to an investigation into a single vehicle collision at the intersection of Newton Place and Elm Street. He was processed and released with a mandatory Westfield Municipal Court date of 11/16/2020.

Ryan A. Johnson was arrested by Ofc. S. Martinez subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the area Woodland Avenue and Wychwood Road. Ryan Johnson was arrested for Driving while Intoxicated. Ryan Johnson was transported from the scene to Westfield Police Headquarters. While at Westfield Police Headquarters was processed and released on summons 2020 E20 0059995 for the 39:4‐50, Driving While Intoxicated, with a future court date.

On Saturday, October 31, 2020 at approximately 2202 hours, Latavia P. Jackson was stopped for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver’s license in the area of S. Elmer Street / E. South Avenue, Westfield, NJ. A subsequent investigation revealed outstanding traffic warrants issued by Hanover PD for $1,000.00 and Madison PD for $500.00. Jackson was placed under arrest, transported to Westfield Police Department where she was processed and released after posting bail.
